Physical health and mental health

      The brain is the control center of the entire body. A healthy brain is the most important basis for you to have a healthy life. They say those feelings happy, sad, anxious, or love is rooted in the heart. But science has proven that human emotions are rooted in the human brain. Awareness of how people will decide the corresponding behavior. Any modifications are a perverted and no health benefits. Knowing that a physically healthy is a critical foundation for a happy spirit. But without the proper awareness about mental health, a person is physically healthy and still have a bad spirit. At long in such a state, your spirit will impact your physical opposite the worse. Because physical health and mental health are two sides of an issue, between them there is always an interaction, and have close ties with each other. When your spirit is not comfortable and happy. Sure your fitness will then collapsed. So besides having a physical training regime in the gym all day. We need to always pay attention to the spirit of self. Let's nurture and protect myself better.
