The importance of advocacy and thinking with human health

Few today who I ached, especially the two legs. So after a while I stopped exercising. Few today I started exercising again. So my legs were aching. Because of my training we have looked too much activity.

Science has proven, fitness activities, sports fair will give people at least 30% health. If people walk about 20 minutes each day, we can extend the life of your additional 7 years. Advocacy is crucial to human health. Especially for those who work during only sit still like my computer side. Athletes are living, no movement will die.
Please compare the pigeons living in the wild. Every day it must fly long distances to feed. Thus, our bodies are solid and healthy. Endure hunger, thirst, and the external conditions of a lot better it kind of pigeon breeding.
Meat of a chicken pasty and captivity would be undernourished. While the meat of a chicken raised by letting in the garden is very delicious, and nutritious solid. Because the chicken was exercised much. If we just drop a chicken raised under natural style garden and a chicken in captivity industrial style into a denuded. We easily caught birds in captivity styled capital industry as an object. We almost did not run, jump, or fly. While catching a chicken living in the wild is very difficult. They run fast, jump, and fly. They also shout loudly again.
We humans also like. An acquaintance advocacy, labor and thought. Their body so that healthy, solid muscular body, the mind is clear, the intellectual development. However, a non-advocacy, labor, thought, the body will wane. That person very sick when the weather changes. The wisdom he will be brain prematurely. They are or were stroke and dementia. Although their lives are full of material.
Thus, despite how busy. Despite work pressure how much. Let's spend a few minutes each day to exercise, play sports. If more time, we read books, play intellectual games for entertainment. Keep in mind, when you do not exercise, not thinking, you do not exist in this world!
