My braised fish

These days are the days of economic difficulties in my life. I live alone in a small house along the highway roads. This is also the paint shop of my business. From quit as chief accountant for the company 7 km from my house. I returned home to his mother to open the shop, auto paint business. I am also doing a business program on the internet in addition to his painting business. However, both my current job, are not yet generating income as I desire. My only source of income to help me have a very poor life. I have to spend every penny saving one.

Therefore, even fish dishes which I loved. They are inherently very cheap compared to other foods are sold in the market. I was forced to cut spending with them. Currently I am or buy fish weighing from 1.5 to 3 kg of food. If comparing them with other meats, we still cheaper. But maybe the next time you go shopping. I will choose the smaller fish a lot. I had to save so eating while awaiting the results of my business better.
I will buy the kind of small carp from the marketplace. We have very cheap prices, only about half of the fish I usually buy. Then I'll gut them lumpectomy. Peel off their gills. Then I will give them up through our coal stove grill for flavor. Then put them in the pot. Pour the soup into the water phase. Then the warehouse on low heat on the stove. Until the fish dry. I will wait for them to cool, then add the oil, minced garlic, ginger puree to pot fish drunk. Then I seasoned to taste. Then add water, then give up the stove until the water is shallow. I can also add a little chopped ginger leaves on it for flavor. Maybe not. So I would have a great good fish stock pot. They will both cheap and fragrant, delicious, medium to long. Also, I will not feel small sesame taste fishy at all. Just think of the smell of scented braised fish pot with him, I think that has seen cravings. Although I have not tried. But I feel the taste of them through a warehouse of articles about fish in the countryside. I'll try dishes cooked him next week. This is wonderful.
