The harmful effects of eating and sleeping too much

       Everyone knows that sleep great importance to human health. Eating and sleeping in moderation, proper two most important things is to ensure good health. But if IEC eat à abuse is the cause of sleep most dangerous diseases to humans.

        When we eat too much, the first disease we face as obesity. When a person is obese, their bodies become very heavy and after a while their musculoskeletal system will be impaired. So many things are designed only for ordinary people can not tolerate. People who eat too much stomach must overwork, followed by the intestine, liver, kidneys, heart, lungs.       For those who sleep too much as well as the origin of many diseases. Oil is the primary cause obesity. Because when we sleep, the energy that you consume greatly reduced.
