One is the ability to inspire. A good leader is not a good worker. That person who inspires others engrossed in working, creating high labor efficiency. Thursday is the human eye. This is one of the crucial elements to construct a successful leader. A good leader must view the capacity and ability of each employee. They need to know where to put each person in their right position, to help them realize the full capability of the job itself. They have views of the thoughts and wishes of the employees to take the management measures, good leadership!
