Some people who do not have many talents, virtues that are sitting in a high position in society. Then that person need a lot of effort to build the capacity, and its morality. That person will also need flexible, subtle and mild with subordinates. Certainly he can not always proved strong determination and subordinates are. Because he does not really have talent, so within his subordinates, who certainly has not recovered. Therefore, they can make a lot of disadvantages for them. Leaders of a group of people is a difficult art. Requires leaders who have truly wise and bravery than people. The competition between the leaders is inevitable. Or it can bring real benefits for themselves or not. Since power has very passionate and very big temptation. Should not those who dare to leave it, knowing it did not fit their capital. So they have to hurt myself. Only the wise and superior bravery new people can do that. Power and money are two things the most attractive man in the world. But there are also the two most dangerous thing in the world. The wise know how to use power and money to benefit themselves. The goofy with power and money control. Be wise with power and money.
