Morality when hired

Almost none of us are interested in becoming a leader. We love to make all production facilities of their own business. So if all of us are successful. So who is going to go to work for others? Who will do the workers in factories, construction sites? ...

Though the rich world is there an extremely luxurious life. They own a lot of land, yachts, mines ... Their money can strip a path to the moon. But they are few in society. Most people in the world are those who just hired. Yet in books, movies, people talk too much to the leadership and wealth. Thus, many of the people hired lacks the necessary knowledge for myself. Already a person employed, we should always have an attitude of respect for superiors, and their employers. Let's show more respect for them as possible. We also need to agree that software follow their orders well. When the guys below, we do not to reveal his ego too much. Live norms to force other people to respect themselves. But we almost need to respect absolutely superior. But we also need absolute preservation of self esteem. Because when you lose your self-esteem, no one will respect you both. Remember, we take away jobs is to make money. Therefore, we try to do so to earn a lot of money.
In this life everyone is different. Although initially we must always respectful attitude with superiors and their owners very upset. But long time will know. Society does also require employers and wage earners. That is a necessity in society. If not the guts to stand in the ranks of the employed. Try to become good employees. The relationship between employer and employee is a dialectical relationship with each other. The employee hired to work creating money to feed themselves and their families. Employers need employees to work well to make a profit for themselves. So essentially the relationship between them have reciprocal nature. They need each other to achieve their goals. A more developed economies, the relationship between employers and employees become increasingly good hire.
