How to run an organization

  Trends in life, the same people often come together, forming a group of friends. Within the enterprise too. Sometimes the accounting department or in opposition to the business department. Since the business department have broad trends in terms of money. They propose alternatives or drop out to start, or predatory investors.

Also, the accounting department is always looking for ways to reduce costs. Also, in an enterprise often or have loved ones, relatives, friends of the business owner to the staff. They can be uncles directors, or their descendants. When a decision of the board of directors, could affect this group or other group. If the business owners themselves respectable people, look the other person can not make up a good company is the outcome. Executive leadership wants a big business success. Both companies must have a mechanism and common law. Everyone must voluntarily comply. The leader must be courageous, decisive. Enough talent and power to run the company local area. Not taking sides. Companies form a solid foundation. No cliques, groups opposed to the other bottle is very good.
             Leadership in a family so well up. Not to bias the son, daughter, son and son irrepressible talent incompetence. Each jar is usually the loss of the other. The outcome of the family therefore can not have peace in sight, every member of the family is love, help each other progress.

Need to create a corporate local area as well as in the family is that everyone worked well to emulate. Everybody fights for justice, fairness. Having done so, the company developing new, sustainable new family.
