Things to note when comments
In a private enterprise, the director is the supreme leader. The director is the princess. Each director making policy decisions everyone must uncritically follow. An employee directors vexatious, offend can instantly lose their jobs. A mistake can work the next day without the company anymore. Staff mostly nobody foolish as "beard tigers". Usually they just conveniently tailored directors that do.
However, sometimes the decision of the director is not plausible. Staff still up giving their opinion to the Director. Because of staff opinions is beneficial to the company. But the director was not happy about the mixed reviews for its decision. But a smart manager will receive feedback constructively efficient.
. Want to be director of the trust, listen. Employee necessarily have the sincerity and credibility with leaders. As an employee, what they say, what they do, people outside the finance staff in work, there should be more mind with leaders
Suggestions for building purposes is a valuable thing. But myself being an employee. Going to work for directors. Director is the decision we have to stay in work or not. Here we are in a weaker position. Word suggestions though sincere, right? Yes, we also need to be careful. Speak calmly, cleverly. Absolutely not pat my chest this talented director was embarrassed, humiliated, offended, discredited. If we do that is gathered from harming ourselves.
